If you have had a negative encounter with a motorist such as an incident where you have been harassed, or worse, hit & injured, the very first thing you should do is report it to the proper authorities. If the situation is an emergency, call 911. If the incident is not an emergency, call the Huntsville Police non-emergency number (256)722-7100.
